Tour Itinerary

Day 1:     Danang Arrival – Hue (D)

Upon arrival at the Airport, you will meet our guide and transfer to Hue. Check-in hotel.  Enjoy welcome dinner at a specially selected restaurant with traditional music.

Day 2:     Hue (B/L/D)

Enjoy a fullday city tour to visit Hue Citadel - Vietnam’s former imperial capital and recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. With an area of 500ha and a system of three circles of ramparts, namely from outside to inside: Kinh Thanh Hue (Hue Capital Citadel), Hoang Thanh (Royal Citadel) and Tu Cam Thanh (Forbidden Citadel) and Khai Dinh Tomb, Hue Citadel is the result of the interminglement of many architectural trends: European and Asian, as well as ancient and modern. Lunch at a local restaurant

Afternoon, take a cruise along the Perfume River, visiting Minh Mang Tomb (one of Nguyen Emperors). Back to the Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda - an active Buddhist monastery with its origins dating back to 1601. Stop at Dong Ba market for shopping.

Day 3:     Hue – Hoian – My Son  (B/L/D)

Morning, transfer to Hue viva Hai Van (Cloudy Pass) - The overland journey will take you through one of the most beautiful scenery of Vietnam, visit Cham Museum in Danang before driving to Hoi An. Lunch at a local restaurant

Afternoon, visit Myson - Vietnam's most important Cham’s site. Myson became a religious center in the late 4th century and lasted till 13th century – a longest period of development of any monument in Southeast Asia. It is often compared with other historical temple complexes in Southeast Asia, such as Borobudur of Java in Indonesia, Angkor Wat of Cambodia, Bagan of Myanmar and Ayutthaya of Thailand.

Day 4:     Hoian (B/L/D)

Morning, take a half day walking tour of Hoian, discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous Morning, meet you at hotel in Hoian then transfer out for a city tour to visit  the ancient architecture of Hoian – known as a fascinating combination of Vietnamese traditional characters with Chinese and Japanese influence.  There are  plenty to see in this delightful town, some of which are  the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tamky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda, the vibrant market. Lunch then take a boat trip on the Thu Bon River, which also gives you a chance to admire the spectacular countryside and explore a handicraft ceramic village and boat building yards.

Day 5:     Hoian Departure (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to airport for flight departure
